California Calls for Me

As you know by now, California is our vacation spot. Only 3 hrs from our door step to Adam/Rachel's, it's always nice to get away for a few days. The Beach was a must, Takoda couldn't stop asking when we were going to the beach this summer, so like I said it was a must!

 Todd has this special talent of stepping on people with his shoes on. I had to take a picture of the footprint on Eli ha ha ha... Poor Guy...

 Eli loves wearing masks, playing with swords, climbing and jumping off dangerous things, you know the list goes on...:)

Not our House...Dont' worry

 2 blocks over we got a close look at this poor house on fire. Takoda loved watching the firemen and hear them talking through their masks. We arrived just a they did so it was exciting to watch from start to finish.

 July 4th

Takoda waved to everyone. He loves parades!

 It was so beautiful the other day. The weather was great and these boys needed to get out doors ASAP! So Red Rock it was. (Kate joined us as well)

 I was so surprised, although the hike wasn't difficult Eli surprised us all and did so well on it. I have to say he hiked prob 80% of the way. And yes He was happy to get a break:)

 We went to the Museum today. And although everyone had fun, i'm a little sadden by how simple our Las Vegas Children's Museum is. Maybe one day Las Vegas will cater to families over the single life... one day right?
