How Could You Say No...

...to eating this oh so delicious dessert. I found this recipe on the best website ever http://bakerella.com/ I brought this divine dessert to a dinner party last night... and let's just say it was a hit;) (heather)

Chocolate Chip Cooke Pie

1 unbaked 9" pie crust

2 eggs

1/2 c. flour

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. packed brown sugar

1 1/2 sticks of softened butter

1 c. chocolate chips

1 c. pecans or walnuts ( I chopped them)

Serve warm and w/ ice cream

Bake 325

Beat eggs until foamy

beat in flour, sugars and butter

stir in chocolate chips and nuts

Bake 55-60 min/cool on wire rack

*If using a frozen pie crust, let it thaw completely and use deep dish. Bake on a baking sheet and increase baking time slightly.

Oh the Memories...

The Bliss family Reunion was a success! It was so much fun to see everyone and get out of Vegas for awhile. While we were there we saw the Jazz vs. Lakers game! Takoda loved being with family and especially with his cousins, they had so much fun playing together!Us Tubing in Park CityWe stayed in a cabin in Midway and everyday we passed these horses Takoda would say "horse" So we decided to stop and let him feed them...he loved it!15 months and loving life;) This boy sure has a lot of energy (to say the least) He makes me smile everyday. He now weighs 27 lbs, loves to be outside and loves animals. This past weekend our family friends invited us to go to the sand dunes. Can i just say Takoda loved it, he even fell asleep on one of the rides. We had so much fun and can't wait to go again in a couple of weeks!

Shout Out to Kate

Kate is on winter break from school right now and let's just say it's always an amazing time when we hang out. Whether we're just watching TV or shopping(which she hates to do) we some how make it enjoyable. She also has been a big help in babysitting whenever I need her, So Thank You Kate!

Thee Best Mascara
I've been using this mascara for sometime now and LOVE it! I've had a handful of people ask what mascara I use...so I'll take that as a compliment:) Naturally, I have really short soft eye lashes, but this definitly helps enhancing them. I dip the wand in only once and get more than enough mascara for both eyes. Just thought i'd share this little secret of mine:)

Let's Make a Deal

During the holidays my brothers and I wanted to have some game show fun, so we headed off to the super nice hotel the 'Tropicana' (ok so hopefully you got my sarcasm) Anyway, Guess who won a Beautiful dining room set worth almost 3,000? Yeah not me....Adam and Rachel! The show aired TODAY!!! They were a blast to watch:) Oh and p.s. Kate and I went at an earlier taping a previous day and we're on t.v. pretty much the entire time, and that show should air sometime within the next week, so i'll let you know about that one as well.
